  • DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INEXPERIENCED MECHANICS!!!! I took my car in for regular maintenance, needed break pads, oil changed. Not only were they not able to finish the job in the 4.5 hours I told them I needed to pick my car up, they didn't machine my rotors correctly, so every time I went to break, my car would shake violently. They told me I also needed new ball joints- not a normal thing for a car with 60,000 miles, and $1,100 job they didn't bother giving me the breakdown for. Also, the woman at the dest couldn't answer any questions about their estimate. Adding insult to injury, their service manager called me and told me " Sweetie, since you have new breaks, leave extra breaking distance between the car in front of you until you get used to them." Not only does that not make sense, I am a 30-year old, woman, not a 17 year old with my first car. Took my car into Huntersville Ford- they test drove my car right away, had my rotors fixed in a few hours and told me my ball joints were FINE. I will be using them from now on
