  • I don't know how this place has 4.5 stars. I would give it negative 50 stars if I could. Where do I even start?! 1. The unprofessional staff. I guess holding personal conversations is more important than the customers and the business. I had to wait once by the front desk counter until they finished their conversation before I was acknowledged. 2. The level of knowledge Dr. B has. He does not take the proper measures to make the correct diagnosis. Makes assumptions and proceeds to without full proper measures. Do not trust his word. I trusted his knowledge and so called expertise and now my baby and I are suffering. Always go for a second opinion and if all possible, change your veterinary completely. Avoid this place as much as possible you won't regret it. 3. Dr. B is never even there so good luck trying to catch him. You'll see his son more than you see him. His son has just graduated so he is not experienced so don't let him practice on your Animal. Better safe than sorry and I wish I knew that. Now I am paying thousands of dollars to fix what Dr. B destroyed. 4. The wait time. I am not even sure why this place takes appointments. You have an appointment at 11:00 am be prepared to be called into a room at 12:00 then wait another 30 minutes in the room to see a so called doctor. Do yourself and the community a favor: avoid this place. It should be shut down.
