  • The setting and staff is amazing, but I expected more for this price point ($50+ per person). While my fried calamari appetizer, side mushrooms and vegetables were great, the main course (deer steak) was way too salty. The side fries were also too salty. The salmon tartare was disappointing and lacked seasoning. Basically there seems to be a lack of consistency, perhaps I just got unlucky. Gotta give it to the chef for the perfect cook on the steak though...
