  • Very happy with Martin Garage Doors. My door stopped going up and made an awful sound. I figured the little plastic shuttle/slide thing was stripped. I called and they told me they would be out the next day. I was given a time frame of 12-5.. which I was a little concerned about but figured I would call the next day if the waiting got ridiculous. However, just like they said @1215 I was given a call from the technician saying he would be right over. Matt was really great. He diagnosed what was wrong right away, let me stare over his shoulder and ask questions, and had it fixed within minutes. He told me about some other things to look for with my garage door, problems that could possibly arise. Oiled the whole thing up and reset and tested the door making sure it was perfect. The price was reasonable. Service fee plus part was all. But what stood out was the technician Matt. Very professional, very polite and took great care in fixing my garage door. Thank you. I will be recommending your company and Matt.
