rev:text	So just walked in to this store on 43rd and Bell Rd with my son to buy Dog Food and just putting it the way it looked and (we) my son and I felt. Just as soon as my son and I put a foot inside the store the CASHIER.....TOLD ME NOT ASKED to ( leave my backpack behind the counter and I asked her why if it's my purse she said that all backpacks should be left in the counter, I told her that I was only there for dog food and I was going to wait their and pay and for someone to bring the dog food to the counter. She said everyone was busy and didn't know what dog food I wanted I told her I was going to go to a different store. As soon as I got into my car called the store and asked for the manager and she said for what I told her I wanted to talk to her manager (Dylan) I asked him nicely to answer my question I told him what she said and he said that every backpack should be left behind the counter she just didn't know the difference between a backpack purse and a backpack I told him if that was going to be his answer and he said that he was sorry for the miss understanding. On my point of view and I think anyone else, the way I, we felt there is no misunderstanding......in this world not in this point in time! I have never nor will I ever make another person feel any different than what I am and believe I have raised my kids to treat everyone else like they should and want to be treated. She's lucky I don't remember her face and believe me I won't be shopping at any TrueValue again. It's a sad time to live in and raise your children's I APOLOGIZE TO ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN TREATED ANY DIFFERENT WE ARE ALL EQUAL IN GODS EYES.
