I'm from Montana, and so when I had a magnet break for my head gear I wasn't sure where to go. Made a couple phone calls to different companies. Not only were they nice and professional on the phone, when I showed up to the store to get what I needed they just handed me my part and said have a nice day. Thank you, very much CPAP Store for taking care of me. Even an out of towner who wasn't expecting that level of customer service.
