  • Bill Olmstead and his entire team are top-notch professionals and made the process of selling our home very smooth and easy. We had just purchased another home using a different buyer's agent but were disappointed with that experience and did not want to work with them again. My fiance spent some time researching other firms in the area and came across the reviews for the Bill Olmstead Team and we gave him a call. The home we were selling was still somewhat modern in style but needed some repairs and improvements. We had a small budget to work with and Bill was able to help us prioritize repairs to make the most impact of a small investment. Bill and his team helped with the details through the entire process and made it very easy to manage the contractor's work as we got settle in our new home. He referred us to contractors for each task and they were all professional, reasonably priced, and did great work. Everyone from the painters, flooring contractors, roofers, staging and photography did a terrific job and I would use any of them again. The end result was a home with a beautiful listing at a higher list price than we had originally anticipated. Once the house was ready, we put it on the market and the house sold THE SAME BUSINESS DAY, and ABOVE the list price! The Bill Olmstead Team handled all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently, with regular follow-ups to keep us informed throughout the selling process. They act with integrity and honesty, do not over-promise or sugar-coat, but actually over-deliver! I would highly recommend giving them a call whether you are considering buying or selling a home in the area.
