  • This place had an artist (j phlip) advertised that me and my boyfriend bought tickets for, day of the event (about 2 hours before). After being there for 10 minutes we were notified j phlip wasn't showing up. They refused to give us a refund or credit because we had been there (for 10 minutes). They were extremely rude and patronizing that we asked for a refund. But for a lot of people nowadays, we live paycheck to paycheck, and spending 40 dollars on a ticket was a splurge. They mocked us when I explained the situation to them. If we had known the artist wasn't showing up that was advertised, I wouldn't have bought tickets in the first place.
