  • let me just start off by saying that if I could rate my experience a negative 0 I would but sad to say I HAVE to rate it a 1 star, although the managers of this facility don't deserve a number rating only a verbal. Let me just give you hint Carmen- your a person that lacks good customer service. My best friend trusted this lady to have a magical experience for her special day and Carmen took that away from her. If you do not like what you do - which is how you acted the day of her wedding- then do society a favor and STOP! You are lucky it wasn't my day because I'm sure I would of moved my wedding to schedule another facility just because of how you treated us the time you were there, once you left it was a way better time. And remember here Ms. Carmen, just because some clients rent your place does not make you a great coordinator. Put your self in your clients shoes, would you want a rude old lady to rush your wedding? To yell at those in your wedding? To yell at your guests? I don't think so. Every chance I get I will rant on and on about your business because lady, you do not deserve to still run a business.
