  • I've been to this Rita's twice and the other Tempe Rita once and the employees were wonderful every time! They're incredibly nice and helpful. So far, my favorite ice/cream ice flavor is the horchata - it really does taste like a frozen horchata with delightful cinnamon-vanilla notes. The custard is rich, thick and super creamy, like a good custard should be. My favorite is the black raspberry (or maybe the cheesecake) but they're all great. If you're indecisive or love multiple flavors you can mix and match: get two ices side-by-side, or a twist of custard, or in a gelati one custard flavor on the bottom and another on top. Oh - and on Tuesday, anything under $4 is only $2.
