Just your run-of-the mill College-town grocery store-good variety of most foods, but they recently got rid of all Tofurky products and replaced them with a different brand for some unknown reason, which is disappointing. I find Cap Center is way more expensive than Target or even Fresh, which is typically thought of as an expensive place to get groceries-Holy Guacamole products are almost twice as expensive as they are at Target or Woodmans, but the fact that it's open 24/7 ~sort of~ makes up for it. Beware of their sushi, though, if you can even call it that, and most avocados you buy here will literally never ripen and just rot instead. Save your money so you can just buy the overpriced Holy Guac instead. Advice to management-open more than two lanes for checkout, especially on Saturday mornings, and get credit card machines that actually work and don't take 5 tries. Staff is vey friendly though!
