  • I recently bought my car recently from Gary Xu at Mercedes-Benz Downtown -- trading up from a smaller MB for my growing family. Gary has been really helpful in locating the exact model that I wanted and gave me a very competitive deal on the vehicle. On the day of the pick-up, the Finance Manager had all of the paperwork ready for the vehicle and Gary was on-hand to walk me through all the features of the vehicle. A week later, Gary followed up with me on the vehicle and made sure I had no issues with the experience or the vehicle. I have been servicing my vehicle at Mercedes-Benz Downtown for the last six years and have been very satisfied with their work. When my car developed a whine, Aleem and the technicians spent their time to try to track down the problem. When they couldn't, they were up-front about this and told me that I should not spend any money on it and wait to see if the situation changes. The dealership itself is conveniently located and offer shuttle bus service to the downtown core. Every time I visited the dealership, the staff were very courteous and professional. Having visited three of the other corporate stores in Toronto, I find MB Downtown to offer the best sales & service experience.
