  • I wanted the to let everyone know what amazing customer service I experience here. It was yesterday, which was a Sunday. My car broke down., I was on the side of the road with a hot car. Most rental car places are all closed, the dealership was closed and I was stressed! I search on Yelp for a car rental place that was open on Sunday. I was so happy to find that Enterprise and Hertz we're both open. Has anyone read the reviews for Hertz? HORRIBLE! Hertz was extremely close to where I was, but after reading Hertz reviews vs. the reviews and stars and reviews for Enterprise, there was no question I was booking my rental with Enterprise. I noticed that they closed at 3pm and it was 2:40. I ordered an Uber and cross my fingers that I would make it on time. I arrive at 2:58 PM. I felt so bad because I know they worked all day and surely wanted to go home. I walked in and was met by the friendliest staff ever. Doug greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome and assured me I wasn't too late and they're happy to help. Both Travis and Christine were so friendly and helpful too. They all worked at getting me taken care of and on my way. Even gave me a discount because they work with my Dealership. They won my Business hands down! Great service! To the Boss, They all deserve a raise!! :-)
