  • I don't have anything to say bad about this place. We went during the "dead" of eating. Most of the restaurants are closed from like 2pm - 5pm. Emeril's stays open. They have a "sandwich menu" but they offer a quite few more items than sandwiches. Customer service was great. We were promptly greeted by a kind and personable server. Seated right away. And had beverages quickly there after. The server was also highly knowledgeable on the food items, and was able to offer some really good suggestions. The establishment, appeared clean. Nice decor. Seating wasn't too cramped. It definitely was a nice ambiance and environment, even while located in a Busy walk area between hotels. The food came out not too long also. Food was hot. Presentation was nice. And the food was also delicious. What else more can you ask for? Great mix of flavor and spices. Definitely had that southern taste and feel you expect when eating at Emerils. Not to forget to mention the beverages. Also delicious, with nice presentation. A little pricey...but hey, it's Vegas. ? Would I go back and eat there again? Absolutely.
