I went here, and after a short wait of about ten minutes I was seated. We were lucky and beat the crowd. Unlike others, the service was very fast. The decor is like being in an out door street alley in Japan. I liked the feel of it. It kind of takes you away. Decor A. I got tonkotsu ramen. The broth and noodles I'd give a B+, but they need to work on their toppings. The Chasu, egg, and everything was good, but the bamboo tasted like the canned type. If your you're going to use canned bamboo then just don't. Also, they put what appeared to be saffron on top as well. They could do without that. Just keep it simple and yummy. No need to make it fancy.
Over all I like this place, but it seems to have a polerizing effect on people. People either love it or hate it. Hopefully that keeps it from getting to Monta's crowd level. I still think Monta is the best in town.
