  • Ok, Fairmount makes a good bagel. Picked up a dozen sesame bagels on Sunday on my way out of Montreal. There was no line, and the bagels were pipping hot! I ate at least 4 on my drive back to Ottawa. I did forget to freeze the rest of my bagels that I ordered and they ended up going hard the next day. If that happens to you, don't worry! Pop those guys in the microwave for 15 seconds and they are good to go! The bagels are even better toasted with plain cream cheese. Love the history and vibe that goes a long with Fairmount Bagel! Its a must visit when in Montreal.
