  • Placed order for pick-up. Order was completed in a timely manner and was hot when we picked it up. When we got home and unpacked the meal I was disappointed. My husbands enchiladas looked and smelled delicious. He didn't comment on them which means they were good. My meal however was blah. The French fries were soggy baked from frozen( I could have done that at home). The coleslaw had a nice kick to it with crisp cabbage and not too much dressing, however iceberg lettuce was mixed in as filler which was disappointing. The rib plate I got looked good for a half rack. The meat was tender and done however the smell was less than ok. There was waaaaay to much smoke used and the stink was overwhelming and was all I could taste. I couldn't taste the seasoning they put on the ribs at all or the meat itself. The barbeque sauce tasted like Famous Daves barbeque sauce in the blue bottle with ketchup added to it. I am not sure how Hammered Hog got a 2015 top review for best of.... I was disappointed, I expected more. We will not go back.
