Terrible customer service experience here, will not be returning.
I called ahead to see if there was a Capsule Machine in stock in the size I needed. Was told by the employee, without hesitation, that he had that size on the shelf. I popped into the store a few minutes later and the same employee handed me a Capsule Machine. When I asked about the size he assured me with total confidence that it accommodated all capsule sizes.
I should have thought for myself here and that is my bad. I got home and went to start my encapsulation project to find that my empty capsules did not fit the machine. The Capsule Machine did not accommodate all sizes as the employee had assured me.
This ended up costing me a lot of time and frustration as I had to drive back to the store the next day to make a return. The same employee was there and he could not have cared less. I tried to show him his mistake so that he wouldn't lead future customers astray and would know his product a little better and he scoffed at me. He was very cold and rude completing the return -- I'm sure embarrassment and a bruised ego came into play.
All in all, a crap experience and will not be shopping at the Vitamin Shoppe again as their employees have bad attitudes, seem to hate their jobs, are probably under paid and know nothing about the products they sell.
(I didn't get this employees name, but he was the only one there the afternoon of 4/13/18 when I made my purchase, and he was there again the afternoon of 4/14/18 when I made my return -- he has a small build, fair skin, short hair.)
