  • If I could give this establishment a negative rating, I would. I made several attempts to call and book an appointment over the course of 3 days. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they were busy, I kept trying. I finally was able to get in touch with the salon and booked an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. A week before my appointment, I got a call asking if I could move my appointment up one day to accommodate a party that they were hosting and I obliged. When I showed up for my newly scheduled appointment, I found the salon to be dark and locked. They were completely closed on the day that they had rescheduled my appointment for, which is incredibly frustrating. Furthermore they did not have enough respect for a potential repeat customer to give me any warning that the salon would be closed. Before this incident I was planning on scheduling several future appointment for upcoming events, but now I will be taking my business to a salon that respects their clients. This is no way to run a business. Customer service at its absolute worst.
