  • 6 months into my lease and paid on time every month mind you no on cares about the hole in my shower wall. 5 tiles came off the wall now exposing a big hole that roaches etc have come through. It's been 9 days since I first submitted a request to maintenance and guess hat no response. The email they give you to contact maintenance has a generic response that someone will follow up in 48hrs. It's been over 144hrs and still no response. The number that they give you to call for maintenance goes to a voice mail and guess what. No response since multiple voicemails were placed beginning September 13th. I will most certainly not be renewing my lease with this place.
