  • I should have posted my review from last year, but was never able to get to it for one reason or another, BUT, due to having to call for their services again, they definitely earned it (they did last year too, but life gets crazy sometimes). Last year our ac unit went out... during the hottest week of the year. Number 1 handled the situation quickly & professionally. 13 months later our ac goes out, like a bad nightmare, on a Sunday (yesterday). Number 1 had a tech out within the hour. He got the ac working but it wasn't quite right. Number 1 sent out a tech this morning and the tech, Jerome, got everything straightened out...all under warranty, of course. Since my ac was replaced last year, I now have an extended warranty for my house that Number 1 accepts (didn't know that when I purchased the warranty, just found that out yesterday), & will continue to use them whenever needed.
