rev:text	Beautiful Hotel- Our room is a 1 bedroom penthouse, sounds good, BUT... The tv's weren't working, 2 different tech guys on 2 different days, had to come to our room to fix the tvs, The drainage in the sinks weren't draining properly, we had to have a tech for that come in as well. The tv in the bathroom hasn't been working, not to mention the batteries were dead. My husdbands breakfast was not appealing when all he had was scrambled eggs with potatoe and bacon. How do you screw up that simple breakfast? Geez... and I thought we were staying in a suite (penthouse) where it's top dollar for everything and yet we're having so many problems... NOT GOOD! The bed and pillows aren't as elevated as I would expect. The bed not comfortable, the pillows are made of cheap cotton fluff. For the premium rate I expected to sleep on a cloud, with super soft goose down feathers for both the pillows and bed sheets. On the flip side everyone has been nice, the room is beautiful, beautiful art, pretty furniture, the views are amazing, there's an awesome steam room in our shower (my favorite part of the whole room), plenty of space, all the drapes, lights, temperature and few other things are all controlled by a digital touch screen, and the toilet is a $10,000 toilet that warms your tush, cleans and dries your bum. Although, it doesn't take away that we've been stand still waiting around for the first part of our day for all the fixes to get fixed. It's a beautiful hotel with nice people but expected more for my buck with the room amenities.
