  • I have visited this APPLE store several times and finally I am writing about my experience. I have been to this APPLE store a handful of times and every time I have a very positive experience. The service is a true 5 out of 5. They always acknowledged me and its always feels welcoming and not pushy. The staff are very observant and know when you help or when you need to browse. The first time I was there I was there to buy a gift certificate. It was easy! Easy where it only involved an swipe on the Ipad and a swipe of my debit card and I was out. Gift card in hand and receipt emailed. The second time I went to inquire about the battery replacement program for my specific Iphone model. The staff diagnosed my phone right on the spot and arranged an appointment for the next day. I go in the next day they retrieved my info and got my phone fixed up in one hour. It was easy, organized and expertise service. I am a happy Apple user.
