Our recently installed new HVAC system stopped working just as the 110+ degree heat began early last summer. Even though it was a Sunday when we called and left Manring a voicemail about this, Robert returned our call immediately and he was at our 2nd floor condo and climbing up to the roof to inspect the unit within one hour in absolutely brutal heat.
He discovered that a couple of parts had failed in the new HVAC system and he immediately began working on getting these parts replaced. The manufacturer sent the wrong replacement parts twice, but Manring stayed on the case and eventually got the correct parts delivered. By this time the HVAC system was out of warranty but Robert replaced the defective parts and got the system working again without charging us anything.
