Don't even know where to being with the plethora of bad experiences my partner and I have had... Lost my luggage for 3 days when I went to Cuba, their rep at the resort was unhelpful and unsympathetic, I wrote a complaint letter which received a very curt reply that their employee had done nothing wrong and that they could not compensate me.
My partner had 6 business class flights booked to overseas for their company, they arrived at the airport and the computers had no record of their flights... and so everyone had to be placed on different flights on different times, AND they lost their luggage temporarily.
And now, they have just moved the middle leg of a 3 leg, multicity flight to 24hours earlier (yes, one full day) effective messing up the entire journey.
Even if it costs hundreds of dollars more, pay it to avoid Air Canada.
