Continuing my quest for the best Boba place in town. Today we're trying Taste Tea. The salon area is kinda cool, with pictures of cats everywhere, the staff is friendly. There is wall where customers leave messages written on small wooden plaques. Now that we got the pleasantries out of the way, the important stuff: their tea was disappointing. The regular milk tea is bitter, which contrary to what many people think it doesn't have to be. Their most popular milk tea according to the staff is the Okinawa milk tea, made with brown sugar; it has a weird taste for lack of better ways to describe it. Their boba is descent.
Many places are ridding the Boba wave, but few are truly good; I am respectfully discounting this one from the list.
