I came here on a Sunday afternoon, around 2pm. Bartender was very nice. But, that's about all I can say that's positive. I hear that they have a good happy hour menu, but unfortunately I wasn't there during their designated times. As a result, I paid a huge premium for very average at best Sushi. My nigiri salmon was so fishy that I wondered if I should be eating it raw. The rolls were assembled poorly with sloppy rice bits everywhere. The overall experience was disappointing, to say the least. I realize you are going to pay a premium at Scottsdale Quarters because the restaurant's overhead must be out of control. But at least put a good product on the table.
