rev:text	They dont deserve any stars. They towed my car for a repo. They weren't supposed to because if they could read It was a voluntary repo meaning I was supposed to turn the car in when and where the bank specified as well as turn in my keys. When my husband called to ask if they had our car the lady on the phone was extremely rude and told him he has to pay $30 cash only for my CHILDREN's carseat that were in the car. We figured it was a policy of theirs so my husband went out there to pick up our things the lady refused to let him go to the car to make sure we got everything she told him give her the cash and she will bring the items outside. He got suspicious and asked why he can't come get his stuff she went crazy on him calling him a loser who can't pay his bills and he doesn't deserve the things in his car for free because he's a fucking debtor. He had to get Glendale police involved who told the woman what she's doing is illegal and they need to learn their city codes. She was still calling my husband every name in the book in front of the cop then tried to turn it around and tell the cop my husband kept harassing her and he was trespassing. The cop told her she needs to hand over everything in the vehicle including the licence plate. And then told my husband in front her to contact the attorney general and the BBB and let them know what's going on and seek legal action. I forgot to mention my husband called the bank on speaker in front of her to prove it was voluntary. And she said the bank was lying and the paperwork says it wasn't. Yea right. Shut this fuckin place down. Nobody regardless of what the circumstances are should be treated this way.
