  • It's hard to find a sales department that will actually work in your best interest... Long story short the concern at Honda of Henderson is to get your money as much as possible and not for what you really want, just pushing sales. Visited this dealership 3 times, trying to take my time finding a certified pre owned, each time pronnie just pushing to make a sale. The third and very last time I set foot on this place, once I brought up a change in down payment and budget limits, ohhhhh all the "I'm on your side, I'm here to help, I'll get you a deal" jive talk ceased, and the true colors started to show. Pretty much was told that I wasted their time and I couldn't get a car from them... Wtf? Seriously they didn't want my money lol, cash and a golden credit score wtf... Just because you're not getting the commission you thought you'd get ohhh ok now it's all clear. Well guess what Honda of Henderson just like I told you, I'll take my business elsewhere. Just got a BRAND spanking new vehicle at Honda on azure in north Las Vegas with Shirley who is a top tier example of how your sales team should be, puts you all to shame. Shame shame... So if your like me who went here because it's close to home, DONT DO IT, call Honda on azure and get Shirley, who will run all the info over the phone and then make the trek to north LV and walk or I should say drive out with your hot new wheels like me. Zero stars for Honda Henderson.
