  • Omg! I got a car that after 30 minutes of driving, the roof started to drip water on the passenger seat, then 20 minutes later it started to drip on the middle of the console and 5 minutes later, the roof was dripping water on top of me! I was driving on the highway covering my hair with my jacket! I had to cancel my last meeting! They apologized for the condition of the car rental and refunded my money but my day was not productive...I travel for work and I rent cars on a weekly basis, I never thought I had to check the roof of a rental car! I'm not renting from Alamo ever again! Obviously they don't inspect their rental cars...bad quality!
