  • I received a coupon in my personal email regarding $5 less in regular haircut. When we were about to pay, the bar code was scanned but JONI (another hairstylist) interrupted and shouted across the room saying that mobile coupon is NOT allowed (even if it already went in and reduced $5). I don't understand why it is not accepted. Then she kept shouting while there were a lot of people that my coupon is invalid. This pissed me off because JONI could have said it in a polite way but she just kept going making it seem like I got the coupon elsewhere or made it up. That girl was so UNPROFESSIONAL.
