I had a shellac manicure done here. It felt like a rush job. Mediocre manicure at best. I got an icy feeling from the staff. A bit abrupt. The place won't win any cleanliness awards either. The shellac polish chipped off earlier than normal. When I went back in- I explained this to the manager and she peered up from the game she was playing on her cell phone to tell me that they only guarantee shellac for 2-3 days. That's fine. I won't do shellac there again. I proceeded to have it removed and found out after that it was $10. $5 more than the going rate -and to remove it - they just soak your hands in a bowl of acetone rather than taking the time to protect your skin by putting cotton/foil on your nails. Their hearts aren't in it. It's too bad because the location is convenient. I'll go out of my way to avoid this spot.
