RA gets 3 stars because for the same prices, the sushi is much better than what you get in Philly. But Philly generally has terrible sushi unless you're paying top dollar, so this was a worthwhile visit. My party received immediate and friendly service, even though we oscillated between sitting outside, at a table, or at the bar (we opted for the bar because it was the quietest place inside).
My party would have loved to have had a table-like conversation, but the music was too loud. That's okay. We enjoyed our affordable drinks and cheap sushi. Unfortunately, the music was exactly what I might have heard at a club. Are all RA venues like this? My ears were pounding after I left.
