Disappointed customer.
I took my truck to their shop because I had an issue with it sometimes losing power and the brakes locking up. The shop owner and Chris the shop manager both told me what they thought the problem was and gave me a $1000 estimate for repairs. I went ahead and have them the ok to fix the problem. Got the car back, and not even a day later it was doing the EXACT same thing. I took it back to them, they had it most of the day, got it back from them and drove it for a couple of days and the problem still continued. Took it back again and they told me that I needed to spend additional parts and labor on top of the thousand dollars I already spent but in the meantime he could bypass again what he thought might be causing the problem which he said was the ABS/Traction Control. I refused the additional labor but told him to bypass it. That seemed to work for a couple of weeks until the issued returned yet again. At that moment I decided that I was no longer taking back to them to spend more money. I'm upset that they charged me all that money in the first place to still have the same problem. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle because I needed reliable transportation. My old truck is just sitting in my garage. I will no longer do business with CJ Auto on Flamingo and Boulder Highway.
