  • My husband applied for a house on Tuesday, 7/19/16 and NEVER heard from Melissa. After numerous unanswered and unreturned phone calls, it is now Tuesday of the following week 7/26/16 and we will just chalk it up to they scammed us out of money with no intention of trying to rent a house. Beware!!! This place is a scam and only wants to take your application fee! That's interesting because you said you are still waiting for he property owner to make a decision, yet the lady who showed the house said that you told her yesterday afternoon that the application was denied. Then Ken spoke with our previous property manager and he said he was never even contacted by your company. You are the fraud, collecting application fees and then sitting on the apps till you get around to even looking at them.
