  • If I'm paying $500 a night for a hotel, I expect the pool to be heated. It's a shame I come here for vacation and can't even get in the pool because it's ice cold. Could barely stick my feet in. Had to take off a star for that! Other then that it was a very a nice hotel and great customer service. Spa is one of the nicest I've been to!!! Definitely worth the money. I was stunned when I walked through, it's gorgeous!
