  • Our puppy had his first visit tonight. Amazing. Wonderful. The best experience at a vet ever in the years that I have owned pets. We were seriously impressed. Left in awe with our jaws practically hanging open. They greeted us kindly upon entering their clean clinic. Approached our pup in a calm manner and worked with him to get him comfortable. It was evident they show the animals respect and have real experience. The tech (i'm sorry I forgot her name) and Dr. Ripperger were phenomenal. They took the time to answer our questions as well as offer suggestions based on what they observed and what we were looking to do with our pet for it's physical as well as overall well being to help him reach his potential. They took the time to let our dog get used to them and their touch. It was quite illuminating. They had techniques that made going to the vet such a good experience for our fist timer. He even had a couple of shots and sailed through it because of how they worked with him not forcing and making it traumatic at all. Bottom line is that if you care about optimum quality of care, if you want the type of compassionate team that cares about what they do, then this is the place to go.
