  • AC broke down on a Sunday and I called Howard Air. They arrived with 90 minutes and were able to identify the issue. Since my AC was 18 years old I could not see investing any money into it. Monday morning a salesman from Howard's was at my house and 8am and I purchased a new Trane system. Howard's has a temp cool program so once I purchased the system they work to get my AC working at their cost until my install date, the money spent for them to come out on Sunday was put to the new AC. On Thursday the same week Howard's installed my new AC and did a perfect and exceptional job. I will never go anywhere else. You may pay less elsewhere but you get what you pay for and Howard's delivers on every point.. hard to find businesses like this these days.. kudos Howard's
