If I could write a lower review I would. 1 star is way too much. This is a follow up to the one I posted on 6/21 when we were without ac for 9 days. Now it is 5 weeks. I am a Broker and one of our properties has had a broken AC for 5 weeks. We are on the second company sent out by One guard. Still no AC. No response from company. One Guard says it is contractors responsibility. Well I am sorry One Guard but YOU are responsible for YOUR contractors. This is beyond ridiculous. I have requested to speak to a supervisor but cannot even do that. To ad insult to injury every time we have to call again to find out why we still have no AC we are on hold for over an hour. 5 WEEKS people. I am now refusing to allow their company literature in our office and I am advising all of our landlords to change companies when they come up for renewal. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
