  • DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! I took a chance on them because of a good move about 6-7 years ago but this time was the absolute worst! First of all, they cancel on me after I had already waited 4 hours for them to show up. After rescheduled for the next day & showed up almost an hour & a half later than the times given. After the movers assessed the few items I was moving, they promptly got to work. 45 minutes in & out... no problem. Here's where the b.s. starts... It was 5pm on a Tuesday so, of course, there was major traffic on I-15... plus there's construction on the freeway. I get to my new stop in just under an hour but the movers show up 35-40 minutes after that. 40-45 later... they're done. Final bill... $337 ON TOP OF THE $100 DEPOSIT! Long story short, they charged me FOR THEM being in traffic!... & charged me $27 for a almost used up roll of tape. ARE YOU F'n KIDDING ME!?!?! Any reasonable company would take into consideration that during normal circumstances, it would've only taken 25-30 minutes from one place to another & adjusted the bill to reflect that. At the most, I should've been charged for 2 hours of their time... in & out! Take into consideration all the other reviews of the bait & switch & NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! *** take a look at the bill that I posted & you'll also see that they also charged me for wrapping up 6 items WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!! ***
