  • i've been here twice.. I honestly don't remember what I ordered the first time, but the recent visit was for a colleague's birthday. I just want to randomly throw out there that parking in this plaza sucks! Anyways, I came in on the night of the Vegas Golden Knights' first playoff game. I asked the bartender if they could put on the VGK game, but she said they do not show any sports on their TV - well, that was a bummer! But it's ok, their whole bar is Polynesian themed so they have the Polynesian channel on replay. I like their consistency! ORDERS: - I ordered a Mai Tai (as the bartender said that's their most popular item). My drink was pretty good, but dang.. it was strong! - I also had a big sample of the dole whip while I waited for the ice to dilute my drink. #timemanagement haha. With the dole whip, you also have a choice of adding rum. - We ordered the dirty banana shots. That shot consists of Godiva chocolate and banana liqueur - WOW, it tasted like a dirty/overly ripe banana.. it was good but dangerous, as I did not taste any alcohol. haha - After 8pm (on Wednesdays), they offer free tiki punch for the ladies. I had to take advantage of that. I did not taste any alcohol in the punch, it just tasted like sprite, so that was another dangerous drink. I personally really like Tiki bars - their drinks are dangerously good, and I like the chill environment! After leaving the other tiki bars in the valley, I usually leave with a strong smell of cigarettes on me. But here at Golden Tiki, I definitely did not leave smelling like that. Maybe just a little. But it was not overpowering.
