  • On the way in, I arrived from an international flight and it was late. The place was desserted. And had I not had my fellow passengers with me, I'm not sure I would have known where to go. It's not that everything is in a foreign language (although French is definitely language number one) but it's that there weren't too many signs at all. I also felt like I had taken a wrong turn, as some of these hallways seem to go on forever; I honestly probably walked at least a half mile, and that didn't feel quite right. However, that's just the layout. I'm not sure if it's just international flights, or if you're going to walk like that for any kind of filght. But walk I did. Getting through customs was a breeze, but again, I was very late, and we had the place to ourselves. It didn't move too quickly, I just happened to have very short lines. No idea if it gets jammed up at busy times, but I always budget plenty of time for that when traveling internationally. As for the way out, I arrived a busy time, but as able to get through security quick enough. I even had a few minutes to grab a bite, and although the dining options are what you'd expect at an airport, at least there were dining options in the terminal at a few different price/quality points. Overall, it's totally functional. They could definitely improve the signage situation, and I wish it had a different layout. But it gets the job done and there are far, far worse in the world.
