  • Due to a vastly different experience here, I have found myself questioning whether this TurnStyle location is even related to the others. I live 5 minutes from the Tatum location, and have consigned numerous items there. I stopped by this store one day when I was in the area, and it was like pulling teeth just to get them to walk 3 steps outside to even look at the items I had. They proceeded to decline because there was "no room on the floor". In the following weeks I attempted to contact them again, once by phone, and twice by email. Over the phone they told me there was a 2-week wait. I've never had to wait at the other store. By email they wanted me to make an appointment. Never had to do that at the other store, either. So I decided to try a different way of getting rid of my items. When that was unsuccessful, I tried again to email them for a simple yes or no answer, telling them that their location is a bit of a drive, and I was not going to waste my time going over there if they couldn't guarantee that they'd take my items. As of the writing of this review, it's been 5 days with no reply. I'm crossing this store off my list.
