  • With two-for-one drinks until 10 p.m. nightly, the PCL -- as those in the know call it -- gets the party started early. The bar is usually swarming with the young and fashionably hip who shake their groove thangs to Top 40 and old-school hip-hop jams or show off their pole-dancing moves on one of the club's dancing poles. There's also a fluffy swing where the ladies can't help but vogue. Expect a line on weekends -- after 11 p.m., it's difficult to get into this Scottsdale hotspot.
