  • Very nice and pleasant staff. Made an appointment but their time estimate is wishful at best. They are either over-scheduled, understaffed and/or overly optimistic. No real waiting space so I walked to Home Depot to hang out. Was a bit annoyed about the rather excessive wait time for an oil change but they apologized profusely and "comped" my oil service without my asking. So I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful. Will definitely give them another shot for the next oil change.
