  • Visited Berge again for service on my F-150. I stand by my first time review. Nicolette was great to work and the work performed on my truck was great. There was a bonus this time! Their courtesy van picked me up around 5pm so I could get my truck. The driver, Kevin, was great! Excellent wheelman, he also had a wickedly funny sense of humor. They've made a loyal customer of me! Because of Berge competitor making their HR problems mine, I called Berge and asked if I could get some work done first thing the next morning. They said yes so I showed up at 7 am for brakes, oil change and a window that wouldn't open - and the need to be in Downtown Phoenix by 1pm. My service advisor was Nicolette. She was professional, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. While waiting, she found me in the lounge and went over the cost of the needed repairs and maintenance work, as well as a few other things they found. The work was finished by 1030. I'm taking the vehicle - a 1997 F150 - back for additional service. In summary, they were customer service driven, timely in their work, and pleasant to deal with. I will be back.
