  • this is the WORST rental car company i have EVER DEALT WITH. i am so surprised at the horrible mistreatment of both me and my partner as we booked our rental car weeks in advance and they tried to charge us 300 more dollars upon arrival and then tried to ignore us as we tried to fix it. We spent two hours trying to fix our reservation and then they decided to go on break right when we were about to finish. Unorganized, RUDE and entirely inefficient. i'm so horribly stunned.
