  • Their leasing agents are very thorough and efficient. My fiancĂ© and I were very satisfied with the company and their employees. However, the application process is something they should be more honest about. It's $35 for the first application and then $5 for every one after that. They go by 3 things for your acceptance. Credit number, evictions and felonies etc. are their main view points when a background check is made. They tell you they look at all three and make their decision based off of all three. Which is and isn't true. My fiancĂ©'s has poor/fair credit. We figured, we would have a shot for having 2/3 being acceptable (never been evicted, never been sued for rent, no felonious charges, not a sex offender etc) and also having our security deposit upfront as well. Which is required if you want your application to be worth anything and it helps if you're accepted because the property is automatically yours. To sum everything up, they take your credit into consideration more than anything. Which is something that they didn't know or couldn't answer for us prior to turning in the applications. If we had known that our credit would have such a big impact on our chances, we would've never wasted $40 on them and simply would've continued our search. But in the long run, they were very nice. Their apartments are lovely. The office is very homey, you can walk right in and someone will assist you immediately. So for that? I give them 3 stars.
