  • Hate to do this to my fav place, but needs improvement. I understand they are fresh and new so they need time to make things right. We frequent the Warner location and we will probably stick to that location. Service was poor. The girl working didn't even greet us when we walked in. I even said hello!! to her and she didn't say anything. She just stood there in silence until we ordered. We ordered our wings extra crispy and they weren't. It's hard for me to eat wings when they aren't crispy. Maybe it was because this location serves them in the metal tins and seals the lids (on a dine in order) and so they may have gotten soggy from the steam? A positive is that the wings are large and meaty! Sauces were delish. Food tasted great! Service just needs improvement. We were there til close but they were anxious to get out of there and you could tell. :/
