Been there twice. Part of the Soergel's complex -- in the back. Ciders with great explanations, tastings, opinions, and wonderful service. Inside is rustic but appropriate for the overall look and feel. Air conditioned, and is segmented so one could have a lunch there. Interesting artifacts on the wall.
